Assistant Project Manager - Commercial & Luxury Construction

Description

• Support Project Managers from preconstruction through project closeout
• Track budgets, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Assist with scheduling, procurement, and project documentation
• Participate in site visits and ensure project milestones are achieved

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.2-5 years of experience in construction project management or project engineering
• Commercial, luxury residential, hospitality, or interior construction experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
