What You'll Do

• Assist Project Managers with coordinating construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

• Help develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel to keep projects moving forward.

• Review construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and project documents.

• Track RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, and other project documentation.

• Monitor project progress and help identify potential scheduling or budget concerns.

• Attend project meetings and communicate updates with clients and project team members.

• Assist with material procurement, cost tracking, and project reporting.

• Help ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and contract specifications.

• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in construction, project coordination, or a related role.

• Understanding of construction processes, project schedules, and building documentation.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software is a plus.

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but relevant hands-on experience is valued.
