We're looking for an ambitious Assistant Project Manager with commercial interiors and/or retail construction experience to support the successful delivery of exciting projects across New York City. Description

    • Assist Project Managers in overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout
    • Support project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking
    • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and clients
    • Track project progress and help ensure critical milestones are achieved
    • Assist with project reporting, forecasting, and closeout activities
    • Help maintain quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

    • 2+ years of experience with a General Contractor or Construction Management firm
    • Experience in commercial interiors and/or retail construction projects
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
    • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office, or similar construction software
    • Eager to learn and develop into a Project Manager role
