Job Description
Assist Project Managers in overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout. Support project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and clients. Track project progress and help ensure critical milestones are achieved. Assist with project reporting, forecasting, and closeout activities. Help maintain quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- 2+ years of experience with a General Contractor or Construction Management firm
- Experience in commercial interiors and/or retail construction projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office, or similar construction software
- Eager to learn and develop into a Project Manager role
