• Coordinate project activities across construction workstreams to keep schedules and priorities clear.
• Track project progress and share timely updates with relevant stakeholders.
• Help prepare and maintain project documents, schedules, and records.
• Work with internal teams and project partners to address day-to-day project needs.
• Monitor open items and follow up on actions needed to keep work moving.
• Support project planning discussions by organizing information and key updates.
• Help identify project issues and communicate them to the appropriate contacts.

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Construction - Southport should have:

• Experience with custom homes, luxury residential, or high-end renovations
• 2-5 years of construction experience, ideally with a GC, custom builder, or architect.
• Strong understanding of plans, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Comfortable working in the field and coordinating with supers and subcontractors
• Strong organization and communication skills with attention to detail
