Coordinate and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, contracts, and project documentation. Work closely with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure projects remain on schedule. Assist with budget tracking, procurement activities, and project reporting. Utilize Procore and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud to manage project workflows and documentation. Attend project meetings and communicate updates to key stakeholders. Help maintain project schedules and identify solutions to potential project challenges. Support quality control efforts and ensure compliance with project requirements. Participate in project turnover and closeout activities. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Desire to grow within a project management career path.
