Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination efforts.
  • Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, change documentation, and project reports.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, superintendents, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and safety requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, identifying potential risks and supporting mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in site walks, inspections, and quality control activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a construction engineering or project support role.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Familiarity with QA/QC processes and field coordination.
  • Exposure to large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use construction projects.
