Job Description

Assistant Project ManagerAssist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to completion. Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met. Monitor project progress and address any potential delays or challenges. Support in procurement of materials and services as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site. Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders. Assist in resolving issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: experience with construction project management, strong organizational and multitasking skills, effective communication and collaboration abilities, familiarity with project management software and tools, knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.Competitive base salary up to $95,000.
