Assistant Project Manager - GU Commercial

The Assistant Project Manager will report to a Senior Project Manager and play a key role in supporting the execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role offers exposure to all facets of project delivery while working alongside experienced industry professionals.

• Assist in managing ground-up commercial construction projects throughout the project lifecycle
• Support budgeting, cost tracking, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and project stakeholders
• Monitor project schedules and help ensure milestones are achieved
• Assist with procurement activities and material tracking
• Participate in project meetings and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Support project closeout activities, punch lists, and turnover documentation

For the Assistant Project Manager we are seeking:

• 1+ years of construction industry experience in a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or related role
• Ground-up construction experience preferred
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project documentation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
