Assist in managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
Coordinate schedules, project documentation, and communication among stakeholders.
Track project milestones, budgets, and key deliverables to support successful execution.

Support procurement, material tracking, and project logistics activities.
Prepare project reports, meeting notes, and status updates for leadership and clients.
Identify potential project risks and escalate issues when necessary.
Help maintain project quality standards and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience in project coordination, project management, construction, or a related industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000.
