The Assistant Project Manager - Industrial will:
Assist in project planning and scheduling to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and team members to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Monitor project budgets and manage cost controls to ensure financial targets are met.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, contracts, and change orders.
Support on-site project management to address challenges and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and team members.
Assist in managing project risks and implementing solutions to mitigate potential issues.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to construction projects.
A successful Assistant Project Manager - Industrial should have:
Experience with building and construction project coordination within the business services industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
