ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER – INTERIOR FINISHES – BALTIMORE!

A leading General Contractor in Baltimore is looking for an Assistant Project Manager with an all-finishes background to join their growing team! This role offers $90,000 - $105,000, exceptional career growth, financial stability, and a great work-life balance.

FINISHES APM QUALIFICATIONS:

️ 3+ years of experience managing all interior finishes scopes (drywall, ceilings, flooring, paint, millwork, doors and hardware, specialties)

️ Ability to manage finishes submittals, samples, mockups, RFIs, and punch lists

️ Experience coordinating finishes subcontractors, sequencing, and schedules

️ Support project managers with budgets, change orders, and closeout

️ Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a Project Manager role
