Assistant Project Manager - Jupiter Construction

• Assist Project Managers with all phases of project execution from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Support budgeting, change orders, procurement, scheduling, and project documentation
• Track project costs and assist with financial reporting
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and subcontractor scopes
• Help drive project schedules and maintain communication between field and office teams
• Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate project records
• Build relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and consultants

• Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer experience within construction
• Experience managing or significantly contributing to at least one to two completed projects
• Background in either luxury residential or high-end commercial construction
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting senior project leadership
• Desire to grow into a Project Manager role long term

Salary: $85,000 to $105,000
