Assistant Project Manager

Job Description
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control measures are followed.
- Support Project Managers with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and document management.
- Assist in procurement processes, RFI and submittal tracking, and change order documentation.
- Help maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Partner with field teams and trades to ensure safe, efficient execution on-site.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
- 2-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or management.
- A background in new construction is preferred; renovation experience is also valued.
- Experience with public-sector or K-12 projects is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with platforms like Procore, MS Project, or similar tools.
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent field experience.
