The company fosters ownership, continuous development, and a collaborative, solution-driven environment.Job DescriptionSupport the management of residential construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Assist with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities. Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment. Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality assurance checks. Document and report on jobsite activity including safety incidents, delays, or design concerns. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred). Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. Demonstrated ability to support projects delivered on time and within budget. Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites in Roselle and surrounding areas.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary: up to 105K (commensurate with experience).
