Assistant Project Manager-Orlando-Construction

Job Description
- Assist in managing construction project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Help monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
- Support the preparation and review of project documentation, including contracts and reports.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between project teams and clients.
- Participate in site visits to ensure compliance with project plans and safety standards.
- Assist in processing change orders and other project adjustments as needed.
- Contribute to the overall success of construction projects by providing hands-on support and problem-solving.

- Experience supporting construction projects in the property industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple project components.
- Knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and safety regulations.
