Description

  • Oversee project phases from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with goals and time lines.
  • Coordinate project tasks and facilitate collaboration among team members.
  • Monitor budgets and financial performance, ensuring effective cost control and reporting.
  • Uphold safety and quality standards throughout the project life-cycle.
  • Identify risks and implement solutions to address challenges and maintain progress.
  • Communicate directly with clients, stakeholders, and the project team to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Track schedules and milestones to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Review and manage contracts with clients and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.

Profile

  • Experience managing commercial construction projects (retail, restaurant, health-care, mixed commercial, etc) with proven success.
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate diverse project teams and ensure smooth execution.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with clients and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and financial management for construction projects.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges and maintain project momentum.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
  • Skilled in contract negotiation and managing subcontractor relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting high-quality standards.
