Assistant Project Manager

• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project execution
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and field teams
• Help monitor project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
• Participate in subcontractor buyout and scope review
• Attend project and owner meetings and assist with meeting documentation
• Track long-lead materials and procurement schedules
• Support project closeout, punch lists, and turnover documentation
• Work closely with Superintendents to ensure office and field teams remain aligned

• 1-4+ years of experience in commercial construction, ideally with a general contractor
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field preferred
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor coordination
• Familiarity with platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
• Based in or able to commute to the West Palm Beach / Palm Beach County area
