Responsibilities

• Co-manage projects alongside a senior PM
• Own subcontractor coordination, buyout support, and change-order tracking
• Prepare pay applications and cost reports
• Lead submittal and RFI workflows
• Take on increasing owner-facing responsibility

Requirements

• 1–4 years as a Project Engineer or APM
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Understanding of contracts, schedules, and job cost
• Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel
• Desire to become a Project Manager
