Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager
Our client is a privately held real estate development and construction organization with a long-standing presence in the residential sector. Through an integrated business model, they oversee development, construction, ownership, and operations, creating a strong pipeline of multifamily projects and long-term market stability.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met. Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

A successful Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager should have:
- 2+ years of experience in an APM, PE, or PM role
- Ground-up multifamily construction experience from inception through closeout
- Experience with garden-style, podium, or wrap apartment communities
- Stable work history with strong tenure in previous positions
- Professional, detail-oriented, and effective in client-facing environments
Salary: $80,000-$120,000 base salary + annual bonus. Company vehicle access and fuel card for project travel. Travel expenses covered, including lodging and meals. Direct mentorship from senior multifamily construction leadership.
