Assist with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and coordination activities. Work alongside field and office teams to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Participate in commercial and multifamily construction projects throughout Miami-Dade County. Develop the skills and experience required to progress into larger, more complex projects. Local South Florida construction experience preferred. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required. Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and team-oriented approach.
