Location / Travel Requirement: Remote w/100% TRAVEL: Remote w/100% TRAVEL: Travel could be ANYWHERE in the U.S. but listed below are the common project areas. 

• 100% travel (TX, NM, AZ, CA, CO, Midwest, etc.)

• Rotation: ~3 weeks onsite / 5 days off
• Per diem + travel allowance

JOB SUMMARY: We are hiring multiple Project Managers ranging from Assistant Project Managers up to Sr. Project Managersto supportour clients Structured Cabling division that focuses on the internal cabling in Data Centers. Our client is targeting strong Project Managers that have done self-perform project management of complex projects 100 million or more. This candidate can have project experience related to heavy industrial, solar, BESS, Data Centers, etc.. Our client is really looking for talented strong Project Managers that have self-performed and have managed large scale budgets. Our client is open to teaching candidates the structured cabling aspect if needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+–15+ years construction PM experience
• GC/EPC background preferred
• Large-scale project experience ($100M+)
• Self-perform experience required (50%+ target)
• Strong financial ownership
• Scheduling experience (P6 or similar)
• heavy industrial, solar, BESS, Data Centers exposure(not required)
• Managed large scale budgets
• Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction through commissioning

• Own project financials (budget, forecasting, cost control)
• Manage schedules (P6) and drive recovery plans
• Oversee subcontractors and internal self-perform crews
• Manage risk, change orders, and client communication
