At Boldt, Assistant Project Managers play a key role in delivering successful construction projects by partnering with Project Managers, Superintendents, clients, trade partners, and project stakeholders throughout all phases of a project. This position provides the opportunity to gain hands on experience in project execution, helping coordinate activities that keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and in alignment with budget, schedule, and quality objectives. You will be involved in the day to day management of complex construction projects while developing the technical, operational, and leadership skills needed for long term growth within the organization.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support project planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, procurement, cost management, contract administration, and project documentation. You will help facilitate communication between the project team, clients, and trade partners while assisting in the resolution of project challenges and ensuring timely delivery of key project milestones. Working within Boldts collaborative and Lean-focused culture, you will contribute to continuous improvement efforts, participate in project planning activities, and help drive successful outcomes for customers and project teams. What You Bring

  • Four-year engineering or construction management degree. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Two to five years of related experience.

  • Solid understanding of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to subject area.

  • A valid driver's license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons' ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience on healthcare or other highly regulated projects such as OSHPD or HCAI

  • Exposure to lean construction practices such as pull planning or takt planning

  • Highly organized and effective communicator with strong presentation skills; able to multitask, build relationships, and foster collaboration and consensus

Compensation

Target Hiring Range: $107,000.00-$138,000.00 annually

The anticipated salary range for this position is $107,000.00 - $138,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Candidates whose experience or expertise substantially exceed the requirements of the role are encouraged to apply, as compensation may be reviewed based on individual qualifications.
