The Assistant Property Manager plays a critical role in the day‑to‑day operations of The Dudley, an affordable housing community serving low‑income families and individuals. Partnering closely with the Property Manager, this role helps ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a welcoming, resident‑centered environment.
This position is ideal for a housing professional who brings strong HUD and Tax Credit experience, a customer‑service mindset, and the confidence to lead by example. This is an on-site position. The Dudley is an affordable housing community for low-income families and individuals.
Pay: $28.63 -29.50/hour, dependent on experience.
