Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift

What You'll Do

• Assist with daily operations of a multifamily apartment community
• Support leasing efforts by responding to inquiries and scheduling tours
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
• Process applications, renewals, and resident correspondence
• Manage rent collections and maintain accurate resident records
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders

Required Qualifications

• Previous property management, leasing, administrative, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Multifamily housing experience
• Knowledge of Yardi, OneSite, RealPage, or similar property management software
• Bilingual skills are a plus
