Job Title- Assistant Quality Technician
Location:Mechanicsburg, PA
Duration: 06+ Month Contract
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite – Factory
Openings: 2

Shifts Available

• 2nd Shift: Sat/Sun 12 PM–12 AM & Mon/Tues 4 PM–12 AM
  Assignment through 4/24/27
• 3rd Shift: Sat/Sun 12 AM–12 PM & Thu/Fri 12 AM–8 AM
  Assignment through 12/26/26

Responsibilities

• Assist with finished product and ingredient testing, including wet chemistry.
• Perform sensory evaluations and assist with microbiological testing.
• Review quality, food safety, and regulatory test results.
• Collect and test incoming ingredients and materials.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the QA lab.
• Work closely with Production, Maintenance, and Product Safety teams.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in quality, food manufacturing, laboratory, or related environment preferred.
• Must be comfortable working onsite in a factory environment.
• Steel-toe shoes required; other PPE provided.
