Batteries Plus is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Retail Manager to join our team in Macon, GA. You will promote a customer-first approach that helps drive sales and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Throughout the day, you will manage purchasing activities, maintain inventory accuracy, ensure product displays are properly maintained, and verify that pricing remains accurate. You will also help implement loss prevention and safety procedures while keeping the store organized and operating efficiently. Technical responsibilities will include installing automotive batteries, rebuilding battery packs, replacing device components, and programming keys and fobs.
