What You’ll Do:

• Assist Sales Manager in meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Provide technical and pricing support to Designers during consultations
• Work with Engineering to ensure designs meet customer's needs
• Designer recruiting, training and coaching

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Strong computer and technical skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with in-home service/sales (preferred)
• Motivated by goals and achievement
• Desire to serve others
