  • Prepare event-related reports, after-action reviews, lessons learned, and recommendations for future security enhancements.
  • Conduct routine inspections, post audits, and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with post orders, client expectations, and Allied Universal standards.
  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, training, and development of new security personnel.
  • Coordinate and/or conduct site-specific training, emergency response training, post order reviews, and annual refresher training.
  • Ensure post orders, operating procedures, training materials, and emergency response resources remain current and readily available.
  • Monitor daily activity reports, incident reports, shift logs, and pass-down communications for completeness, accuracy, and follow-up.

  • Respond to routine operational issues and minor incidents while ensuring appropriate escalation of significant security concerns.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for security personnel during assigned shifts and provide guidance as needed.
  • Assist with recruiting efforts, candidate interviews, employee engagement initiatives, and retention programs.
  • Support employee performance management activities, including coaching, recognition, counseling, documentation, and professional development. Counseling and disciplinary actions are executed only at the direction of the Account Manager with prior approval from Branch/Corporate HR management.
