Responsible for overseeing the Service Advisors and porters.  Ensuring staff are following established processes and procedures while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Assistant Service Manager Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Take ownership of customers’ experience by carrying out additional assignments, enabling the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
• Manage and hire service advisors and porters
• Interview and make new hires
• Prioritize required services
• Ensure customers have a positive dealership experience
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure the customer has best experience
• Spend quality time building relationships with the customers

Assistant Service Manager Requirements:

• Experience As Dealership Service Manager or Advisor
• Technical automotive knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to manage others
• Organized and friendly personality
