Join Dahl CDJR in Rhinelander, WI as an Assistant Service Manager! Bring your customer service, leadership skills, and continue to grow in your career while creating a "blow your mind, gotta tell my friends about you" guest experience! We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000, based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role
Responsibilities
- Make sure guests receive prompt, friendly courteous service
- Serve as a liaison between techs, advisors and guests
- Manage and train service advisors and technicians
- Passion to achieve high standards
- Must be able to forecast budgets and set goals for department
- Manage the payroll within the department
- Responsible for profitability and CSI in the department- meeting internal and manufacturer expectations
Qualifications
- Previous automotive experience preferred
- Leadership experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong focus and commitment to customer service and satisfaction
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
