We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager who leads by example, develops team members, takes initiative, and drives membership sales in a fast-paced environment. If you’re a motivated leader who values great service and is ready to grow, we’d love to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the Site Manager in daily operations and ensure shifts run smoothly.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service.
- Promote memberships and help the team achieve sales goals.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and maintain a positive guest experience.
- Oversee opening and closing duties, deposits, and operational checklists.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and site organization.
- Take initiative, resolve day-to-day challenges, and communicate effectively.
What You Bring:
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience in retail, hospitality, food service, car wash operations, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coach and motivate others.
- A customer-first mindset and confidence handling guest concerns.
- Comfort promoting services and working toward sales targets.
- Reliability, initiative, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A hands-on approach and a commitment to accountability and teamwork.
Compensation & Perks:
