Qualifications and

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED; licensed instructor preferred
• Valid New Mexico Coaching licensure or eligibility
• Attain NMAA Coaching Certifications
• Must demonstrate willingness to work in a cooperative working environment
• Strong reading, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Preference given to certified staff
• CDL is preferred, or willing to obtain CDL

Responsibilities

• Primary duties include assisting the softball coach
• Working knowledge of rules and regulations of the sport involved
• Ability to work well with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to work productively as part of a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Other duties as assigned

2026-2027
