Assistant Softball Coach

Rosholt School District is looking to fill the vacant Assistant Softball Coach position for the 2026-2027 softball season. The high school season is anticipated to run from mid-March through mid-June. The candidate must have the ability to motivate, lead, mentor, and instill sportsmanship throughout the program. Strong communication and organizational skills are required. Qualifications:

• Coaching experience in softball that has demonstrated success for its student-athletes
• Use of different methods and motivational strategies
• Collaborate with head coach, other coaches, and school employees
• Ability to relate to students, parents, and community members
• Able to promote their program
• Able to assist with daily practices
• Ability to assist with growing the program at the high school level
• CPR/First Aid Certified preferred but not required.
