Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Spa Director to join our team in Rancho Cordova, CA. The Assistant Spa Director will support the Spa Director in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Director in managing daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Supervise, train, and motivate spa staff to maintain high levels of performance and guest satisfaction.
• Help develop and implement spa programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives to increase revenue.
• Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed to support spa services.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting related to spa operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience.
• Stay current with industry trends and recommend improvements to spa services and offerings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in spa management or a related hospitality role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and customer service best practices.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with scheduling and point-of-sale software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in spa management or related fields is a plus.
