POSITION SUMMARY

Do you believe sprinkles make everything better? Are you a natural leader who loves making people smile? If so, we want YOU on our team! We’re looking for a high-energy, people-loving Assistant Manager to help lead our ice cream shop to sweet success. You’ll be the right-hand hero to the Store Manager, keeping operations smooth, customers happy, and the vibes as fun as our flavors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and motivate our awesome scoop squad
• Deliver top-tier customer service (with extra sprinkles!)
• Manage shifts, schedules and daily operations
• Keep the shop sparkling clean and organized
• Handle inventory and make sure we never run out of fan favorites
• Jump in to scoop, serve and celebrate with customers
• Support community relations and the customer experience
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Read, write and understand the English language
• Ability to do simple math
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Positive, upbeat attitude
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Weekend and evening availability

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Food service experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Carry up to 50 lbs
• Stand and walk on a hard surface for 9–10 hours per day
• Tolerate up to 45 minutes in a walk-in cooler at temperatures as low as 32°F during inventory
• Tolerate up to 35 minutes in a walk-in freezer at -10°F during inventory and stocking
