Full Job Description: Partner closely with the Store Manager to develop team members, achieve revenue goals, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure high levels of customer service. Act as Store Manager in their absence.

Hours per Week: Full-Time

Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities: Team development, store training, scheduling, opening/closing tasks, store security, visual merchandising, and inventory management.

Requirements: 2 to 4 years minimum retail store management experience preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience required; flexible schedule; valid drivers license; proficient in Microsoft Office.
