Assistant Superintendent - Buffalo, NY

Job Description

• Assist in coordinating daily jobsite operations
• Support project scheduling and subcontractor management
• Monitor construction progress and productivity
• Conduct site inspections for safety and quality compliance
• Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics
• Help maintain project reports, schedules, and documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents
• Participate in subcontractor and owner meetings
• Assist with punch list completion and project closeout
• Identify and help resolve field issues to keep projects on track

A Successful Candidate Will Have

• 2+ years of construction experience
• Commercial or multifamily project exposure preferred
• Understanding of construction means and methods
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Strong communication and leadership potential
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Working knowledge of OSHA and jobsite safety practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction software
• Desire to advance into a Superintendent position
