  • Consistent schedule (typically 40-50 hours/week)
  • Join a growing division with strong leadership and long-term opportunity
  • Collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on development
  • Gain well-rounded experience across TI, ground-up, and renovation work

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily field operations and serve as the on-site point of contact
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners
  • Read and interpret full construction documents (civil, structural, architectural, MEP)
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules and sequencing
  • Ensure subcontractors meet quality standards and timelines
  • Assist with project planning and execution strategy
  • Maintain strict adherence to jobsite safety and quality control
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams using digital project tools and software
  • Step in as needed to perform hands-on work (finishes, carpentry tasks, installations, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Experience leading crews, field teams, or managing construction operations

  • Background in tenant improvement (TI), renovations, or ground-up construction

  • Strong knowledge of:

  • Concrete and structural systems

  • Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems

  • Construction drawings and specifications

  • Ability to manage multiple trades and drive project progress

  • Comfortable in a hybrid leadership + hands-on (working supervisor) role

  • Strong organizational and scheduling awareness

  • Effective communicator, especially using email and project management tools

  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems
