Assistant Superintendent - Commercial Construction (Travel)

The Traveling Assistant Superintendent will report directly to the Project Superintendent and support all on-site construction activities from project start-up through completion.

• Assist with daily site operations and subcontractor coordination
• Support project scheduling and monitor construction progress
• Maintain site safety standards and quality control procedures
• Track project documentation and field reporting through Procore
• Participate in subcontractor meetings and project coordination efforts
• Help manage material deliveries, inspections, and punch-list activities
• Support project closeout and turnover to clients

For the Traveling Assistant Superintendent we are seeking:

• Experience on ground-up commercial construction projects preferred
• Interior construction experience will also be considered
• Exposure to commercial, industrial, manufacturing, retail, office, education, healthcare, or mixed-use projects
• Proficiency with Procore and construction technology platforms
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to travel extensively for project assignments throughout the United States
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and quality control processes
• Desire to grow into a Superintendent position and assume greater responsibility
• Passion for delivering safe, quality construction projects

• Base Salary = $90k - $120k
• Truck Allowance = $600/month
