Job Description
Oversee daily construction site activities to ensure project timelines are met.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to maintain efficiency.
Monitor safety protocols and compliance with regulations on-site.
Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the construction process.
Assist in resolving any on-site issues or delays promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports for project progress.
Collaborate with the Superintendent to align on project goals and deliverables.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep them informed of updates.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:
- Experience with managing construction site operations.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working collaboratively with project teams and subcontractors.
