Description

• Reporting to the Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent will support day-to-day field operations and project execution.
  
  • Assist with site supervision and subcontractor coordination
  • Monitor safety, quality, and schedule compliance
  • Support project logistics and workforce planning
  • Participate in owner, subcontractor, and internal meetings
  • Track progress against project milestones
  • Assist in resolving field issues and maintaining productivity
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting
  
  

Profile

• For the Assistant Superintendent - Industrial Construction we are seeking:
  
  • Experience supporting $10M-$100M+ construction projects
  • Background in manufacturing, distribution, automotive, industrial, or data center construction
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in the field
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as projects require

Job Offer
