Our client is an established mid-sized commercial general contractor that has been in business for over 30 years. They deliver projects across multiple markets including healthcare, commercial, senior living/multifamily, restaurant/retail which allows for a diverse project pipeline. Job Description
Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day site operations on active construction projects. Support project execution across ground-up, tenant improvement, and renovation projects. Help coordinate subcontractors, trades, and on-site activities to maintain project schedules. Monitor jobsite progress and communicate updates to project leadership. Assist with quality control, site safety, and general project documentation. Support field problem solving and ensure work is completed according to project requirements. Collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators, and field personnel to achieve project goals. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented jobsite culture.

The Successful Applicant
1-2+ years of construction industry experience. Commercial construction/general contracting experience is preferred. Hands-on construction background, including framing, concrete, roofing, or other trade experience is a plus. Proficient in Procore. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Project Engineer candidates interested in transitioning into a field-focused career path.
