Our client is a relationship-driven builder specializing in commercial interior (Class A), multifamily, and student housing projects. Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to achieve high-quality Class A finishes.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
Assist in resolving on-site challenges to keep projects on track.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure adherence to budget and timelines.
Conduct quality control inspections to meet client and industry standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and updates.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.

2+ years of experience in commercial construction.
Experience with Class A finishes and ground-up multifamily, senior living, or student housing required.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Southeast based on project assignments.
Experience coordinating subcontractors and project logistics preferred.
Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software is a plus.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Competitive base salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 USD.
