Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily

• Assist the Superintendent with the daily management of jobsite operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
• Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Support the development and maintenance of short-term and long-term project schedules.
• Conduct daily jobsite walks and assist with progress tracking.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Coordinate inspections and assist with jurisdictional compliance requirements.
• Assist in resolving field issues, conflicts, and constructability challenges.
• Track material deliveries and maintain site logistics plans.
• Participate in project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and punch list items.
• Support project closeout activities and final owner turnover.

• 2+ years of field experience in multifamily, commercial, wood-frame, podium, or mixed-use construction.
• Prior experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, Project Engineer, or related construction role preferred.
• Understanding of construction sequencing and multifamily building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety best practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, and construction management software preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is a plus but not required.

• Base Salary: $80,000 - $105,000+ depending on experience.
