Assistant Superintendent - Residential & Commercial !

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
• Assist in managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Monitor and enforce safety standards across the construction site.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and team members to address any issues or changes.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans.
• Assist in coordinating materials delivery and inventory management on-site.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Support the Superintendent in resolving construction-related challenges and ensuring client satisfaction.
