Assistant Superintendent (Traveling)

* Manage field operations for ground-up commercial construction projects

* Coordinate subcontractors, project schedules, safety, and quality control

* Review blueprints and construction documents to ensure successful execution

* Lead projects from mobilization through completion

* Travel throughout Florida and other markets as project needs require

* 5+ years of commercial construction experience

* Strong ground-up construction background preferred

* Proven blueprint reading and field coordination skills

* Stable employment history with reputable general contractors

* Ability and willingness to travel for project assignments

$80,000 - $110,000 base salary + annual bonus

* Annual bonus historically ranging from $3,000-$20,000
