Assistant Multifamily Superintendent

A well-established General Contractor with a strong pipeline of multifamily construction projects is seeking an Assistant Multifamily Superintendent to join their growing team. Assistant Superintendent Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day field operations on multifamily construction projects
• Help coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and scheduling
• Assist with maintaining project schedules and coordinating upcoming work
• Review plans, specifications, and project documents
• Help identify and resolve field issues and coordinate solutions with the project team
• Participate in inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Communicate regularly with the Superintendent, Project Manager, subcontractors, and ownership

Assistant Superintendent Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience preferred
• Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred
• Understanding of construction plans, specifications, and sequencing
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
• OSHA training is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow into a Superintendent-level position
