Assistant Swim Team Coach

Job Summary: The Assistant Coach will work in conjunction with the Head Coach, Head Age

Group Coach, or Site Coach to ensure high quality programming to Senior, Junior, and

Developmental practice groups. Assistant coaches will also ensure participant growth and

satisfaction within the program.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Under the supervision of the Head Coach, Head Age Group Coach, or Site Coach,

oversee and implement the training practice plan for Senior, Junior, or Developmental

practice groups.

• Attend swim meets as requested by Head Coach.
• Coach on deck for all assigned practices.
• Ensure accurate daily attendance records are maintained via Team Unify 'on deck app'
• Maintain open communication with parents to discuss swimmer progress and answer questions.
