Assistant Teacher

About the Role:
We are looking for a hard-working, energetic, and punctual employee who is eager to work with Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers. The ideal candidate will have a clear INTENTION to teach and know how to develop a lesson plan.

Responsibilities:

• Manage classroom activities, including lessons, play, breaks, and meals
• Collaborate with the Lead teacher to implement lesson plans
• Maintain a clean and tidy classroom
• Help children reach developmental milestones
• Provide appropriate supervision for children at all times
• Maintain inventory system for classroom materials and supplies

Qualifications:

• Experience working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschoolers in any capacity
• Working to obtain units in Child Development or/ Early Education 
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Able to enforce rules of behavior for children
• The hours for this position may vary from 7 am-6 pm, Monday through Friday.
